Private Classes


More and more, we are learning that adding yoga and mindfulness to sports training benefits athletes in all areas of their lives. We can offer your team specialized yoga classes to help strengthen and stretch their muscles as well as teach breathing techniques and meditation practices to help them focus, improve spatial awareness and build their confidence. 


In addition to sports teams, we also offer yoga for groups such as Girl Guides, 4H Clubs, Empowerment workshops, schools, etc.
