Frequently asked questions
What does my child need for class?
For Yoga classes, your child should dress in comfortable clothing and bring water (in a labelled bottle please).
Can I stay and watch?
Our classes are drop-off. Please take this time to enjoy some time to yourself, run some errands, get a coffee, or whatever your heart desires.
Do I need to sign a waiver?
Yes. All children participating in a Little Yoga Garden class require a waiver to be signed by a parent or guardian.
What is the best way to get in touch with you?
Email and phone are the best ways to reach us. We do our best to respond to all social media comments and questions but sometimes we don't get to them right away.
How do I register?
Registration is done through our website. Click on "Classes".
What types of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, Paypal and email transfer.
Do I have to register, or can I drop in?
We highly recommend that you register your child ahead of time. This helps immensely with planning and allows us to contact you in the off-chance we have to cancel the class due to weather or illness.
What's the best way to stay up to date with the Little Yoga Garden?
We recommend signing up for our email updates to stay in the loop. We promise not to send a ton of emails or gross spammy sales emails and we definitely won't share your email address with others.
My child has special needs, can they still attend classes?
Absolutely! We welcome all children into the Little Yoga Garden. If your child has special needs that might affect their participation in class, please feel free to contact us by email to let us know ahead of time and/or fill in the applicable spot on our waiver. We do our best to accommodate everyone. Depending on your child's specific needs we may ask for you to stay for a portion of the class or for the first few classes of the series. We are committed to working with families to help children enjoy the benefits of yoga and mindfulness. If group classes aren't a good fit, we are able to offer private classes as well.
