The Little Yoga Garden is a community for kids.
It's somewhere they can be themselves
no matter what's going on in their lives.
It's a place where all of their feelings are valid
and they can express themselves without judgement.
We offer a variety of classes to help build confidence
and strengthen kids from the inside out.

Meet Our Founder
Amy is the proud owner of the Little Yoga Garden. Amy has a passion for helping kids find their inner strength and resilience.
"As a child and teen who grew up with low self-esteem, I found it hard to form positive relationships with my peers and with myself. As I became an adult and finally found my inner strength, I felt a pull to help children and teens find their their confidence and help them to celebrate what makes them unique. I believe that teaching children these valuable tools through yoga, meditation and mindfulness will equip them with the confidence and belief that they can work through any challenge life presents them with."
